France: Paris and Provence
June 3-10 

Enjoy 7 days and 8 nights living your best French life.

DAY 1: Welcome to France! Arrive at your hotel in Paris, get settled and enjoy your first classic French dinner with the group.  

DAY 2: Wake up to the sights and sounds of Paris! We will enjoy a beautiful breakfast and then head out to explore the city. Walk just down the street from your adorable and oh so French hotel to see the incredible sight of the Eiffel Tower. We will grab photos in the gardens below and then continue our walk through the city, catching the scene as we walk along the Seine River, over the historic bridges, glance at Notre Dame, visit artful neighborhoods, and eat lunch at our favorite bistro. End the day with a lovely dinner on your own or with the group. (we will always have suggestions) 

Day 3: Jump on the TGV high speed train and head to Aix-en-Provence where we will be staying while we are in Provence. We will check into our hotel and then head out to a food and cultural tour of the ancient city center. Explore the tiny cobble stone streets as we walk through the squares and markets, nibbling on pastries and other delectables. Sit and relax by one of the many fountains, sip on a coffee or a cocktail and watch life go by before we freshen up and head out to our first Provencal dinner with the group or on your own.  

DAY 4: Rise and shine on your first Provençal morning. Grab a quick breakfast before we head out on our wine tour in the villages of the Luberon. Visit historical wineries from this famous wine region with our guide Stéphane. Learn, taste, stroll and relax as we drive through this beautiful region. Stop at the magical village of Lourmarin and eat a traditional Provençal lunch and shop at some of the prettiest shops before heading out to our last winery. Dinner or relaxing back at the hotel in Aix.  

DAY 5: Today is the day we learn how to cook! Take a market tour with our guide Gilles. First we will visit one of the local markets to pick out the freshest ingredients for our afternoon feast. Once we have all that we need we will hop in a van and head out to Gilles Farm outside Aix. Learn to prepare a French Provencal meal and then sit down and eat our creations together. Head back to Aix and enjoy a free evening exploring the village. 

Day 6:  My favorite part of Provence are the tiny villages sprinkled in the countryside of the Luberon. Today we will go more in depth as we take a drive to visit my favorites: Gourdes and Menerbes  will be some of our stops as we enjoy a day of adventuring and visiting the markets. Finish off our Provençal experience with a fantastic dinner at a special place while we wind down our time in this gorgeous countryside.

Day 7: Head back to Paris on the TGV and after checking back into our hotel spend your time as you wish on the last day in France. Visit a museum, neighborhood church as you savor your last full day as a Frenchie. We will help you design this day with suggestions and logistics. 

Day 8: Say goodbye to France as we head to the airport and fly home with amazing memories and the desire to visit again. Au revior!

Croatia: Island of Hvar
June 14-21

Enjoy 7 days and 8 nights luxuriating on the Adriatic Sea

Come with us as we visit the magical Island of Hvar,  voted as one of the best islands in Europe for the past 4 years. Located on the Adriatic Sea, this gem is filled with everything we love about Croatia; Ancient villages, superb cuisine,  history, architecture, wine, and nightlife: all floating on the azure waters of the Adriatic Sea. DAY 1: Your adventure starts today! Arrive on the island and be greeted by your hosts as you exit your ferry and head straight to your luxurious hotel, located right there in the marina. Relax, get settled and join us for a the first of many fantastic dinners at one of our favorite restaurants.

DAY 2: Wake up to the sights and sounds of the marina at Hvar, grab a leisurely breakfast, listen to the church bells, watch the boats and take a deep breath- you're here! Then, head-out on a tour of Hvar town. Learn about the rich history of the ancient town and the beautiful buildings that make up the old city. Visit the walled castle looking over the town then eat a traditional lunch at one of our favorite delis on the waterfront. Next head to the beach and spend the afternoon swimming, relaxing and enjoying the sun. Dinner with the group or on your own - we've got suggestions. 

Day 3: Jump on a beautiful luxury boat and take a tour of the west side of the island. Explore hidden coves, see ancient seaside houses and swim in the warm waters of the Adriatic. Head to one of our favorite seaside villages and enjoy a beautiful authentic lunch with fresh from the sea food. Next, spend the remainder of the afternoon at the Pakleni islands where we will park, swim, grab a drink and relax. 

DAY 4: Free day - a day that's totally up to you. Swim, relax, walk and explore. Design this day as you see fit. Need suggestions? We've go them.

DAY 5: Road trip day! Jump in the car as we travel to some of the best wineries on the island. Hosted by one of our Croatian friends Teá, we will spend the afternoon tasting wine, touring villages, eating local food and learning more about this beautiful island through its vineyard tradition that stretches back to 400 BC. 

Day 6: Free day at the beach or Join in as we hop in the car to explore hidden beaches and an ancient chapel located on a peninsula on the south side of the island. We've left this day open in case you want to relax solo or given you the opportunity to go on an adventure - it's a day that can go either way. 

Day 7: Another gorgeous day in Paradise as we spend the day relaxing and head out for the afternoon to explore an abandoned village. Get an exclusive tour of the beautiful crumbling town and then have a traditional Croatian Peka dinner there! Yes, it's possible to have dinner in an abandoned village - prepared by one of the families that has inhabited the village when it was filled with people. We couldn't think of a better way to wrap up our week then our final dinner being in such an amazing spot.

Day 8: Wake up take a deep breath and say goodbye to Paradise. Take the Ferry back to Split where you can continue your trip or head home.
